Hello,
As we all know, in one manner or another COVID-19 has impacted various processes of our operation. For that reason I have established a company guideline on procedures that have been implemented.
Please take the time to read over these policies and procedures.
Some guidelines and policies may differ in application due to: your location, nature of work and your countries laws and policies regarding COVID-19. If you should have any doubt or concern regarding the application of a policy please partner with human resources for additional help.
Team, we are in no doubt a difficult time but I am proud of the amazing response i've seen from everyone in adapting to this situation. We've made great progress in maintaining our work space a clean and safe space to be and intend to keep it that way. Thank you for all of your hard work, dedication and patience throughout all of it.

On Tuesday April 14th, Neo Broadbands USA office closed to do a preventive cleaning. The health and safety of our employees, suppliers and customers is of the utmost importance. That is why we coordinated an immediate cleanup on Wednesday April 15th and took that time to suggest our employees to check their health. The company Express Pest Solutions executed a 3 step process to disinfect the entire office and warehouse space. This entailed manual cleaning of all common surfaces, disinfectant spray and ULV fogging of every space within the office and warehouse. The fine gentlemen of E.P.S spent 5 hours rigorously deep cleaning the facility to ensure a bacteria/virus free environment. We can guarantee our employees a return to a clean and safe work space, remember we've won the battle but not the war so let's maintain our spaces clean through the NHG daily cleaning directives. Thank you team for your patience, understanding and commitment to the NHG family during these difficult times. I'm very proud of the work we all do because it serves the community in such a powerful way, staying connected has never been more important. Stay safe team and god bless.
The office will re-open to resume regular operations on Tuesday April 21st

S-R Changes due to Covid-19

- More Access to surveillance cameras has been provided so that S&R have a better reaction time with the people outside. Every truck driver should wait for their turn to avoid conact.
- Outside signs will be placed to guide the truck drivers the specific door.
- Neo Employees will sanitize the doorbell after receiving a visitor and end of day.
- A stainless steel table will be at the entrance for truck drivers and carries for all transactions as well as to leave any package and avoid contact. (This will varies by warehouse locations)
- Original documents should be placed at the stainless steel table by the delivery company and keep the distance , this person should wait for one of our warehouse associate to sign documentation when need it. Employees must wear gloves and mask when interacting with outside personnel.

The health and safety of employees, customers and suppliers is our top priority, for that reason Neo Holding Group is limiting visits at this time. Employees may not invite family members or friends to the work site at this time with the exception of personal/medical emergencies.
Employees must communicate with outside guests via the intercom system before giving lobby access. We require all visitors entering our premises to adhere to the following guidelines: .
- Sanitize hands upon entering the office/warehouse
- Visitors must wear gloves and mask during their visit
Visitors that violate these guidelines may be asked to leave, we apologize for any inconvenience and will impose these procedures until they are no longer necessary.
